Anna Musson
Founder + Etiquette Coach

Anna Musson is one of Australia's most respected and well-known etiquette experts, with a modern and vibrant approach to how we conduct ourselves, both socially and in the workplace.

Anna began her career in five star hotels, where she developed a fascination of the "right" way of doing things. She then pursued etiquette knowledge which intensified when she worked under etiquette stalwart, June Dally-Watkins.

In 2007 Anna started her own business The Good Manners Company which has rocketed to the top of Australian etiquette providers. Working with top 100 companies, our elite athletes and Anna's fresh and cheeky style is unexpected and has propelled her to mainstream media popularity where she features weekly on morning and evening television, radio and print media.

Anna truly believes etiquette is a powerful lost art, which can ensure a better career, relationship and life, and her direct approach will let you know where to start.

Anna features weekly on Channel Seven's Sunrise and is a regular on The Project, The Huffington Post and can often be heard on 2GB, 2UE, 6PR, 4BC, 3AW and abc around the country.

Claudia Neal-Shaw is the Good Manners Marketing Wizard and Business Development expert.

Claudia has a diverse range of experience in the media and communications space with a focus on marketing, public relations and advertising. With a keen eye for creativity, project management and big ideas, Claudia values strong and strategic communication channels. With experience consulting on marketing for property firms, radio stations, small businesses and her own projects, Claudia is well versed in how to communicate in a digital landscape.

Claudia was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW in September 2017 and is a University of Technology, Sydney graduate.
